Interdigitating Y flaps

Interdigitating Y flaps: Surgical illustration I designed for a surgical paper on a novel plastic surgery technique, for the reconstruction of transverse vaginal septa. This technique can reduce stenosis through scarring, and preserve more of the original tissue than traditional techniques.

The paper was presented at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery–Global Open in California, late 2016.
