Ovarian Serous Surface Papillary Borderline Tumor: Sea Anemone Sign

An illustrated monograph on “Sea Anemone Sign” - an apt description of a striking MRI appearance that serous surface papillary borderline tumors can have due to their finger-like projections with internal branching. Other findings may include coarse calcifications, ascites, para-aortic lymphadenopathy, and spread to the peritoneum.
